We would like to invite applications for a part-time Research Assistant to work on the ‘Law and Agency: The Micro-Foundations of Institutional Change in National Corporate Governance Systems’ project. The position will involve a range of tasks including: independently carrying out documentary and data collection research in diverse libraries and archives in the UK and overseas; the collection of data using online databases and data analysis; qualitative research activities such as collecting and analysing newspaper articles and similar publicly available material.
