International Scholarship Scheme At Nottingham Trent University

The International Development Office is pleased to offer a wide range of scholarships to international (non-EU) students applying to Nottingham Trent University courses that begin in January and in autumn 2010.



How to apply

Download a Word or hard copy scholarship application form. When it is completed please submit it via email or mail to the International Development Office:

Eligibility
In order to be eligible you must:
  • be holding an offer for 2010 entry (or 2011 for January start courses)
  • be an international student (classified as “overseas” for fee purposes)
Remember!
  • Current NTU students (including those studying at NTIC) are not eligible to apply unless they will be beginning a new course in autumn 2010.
  • You can apply for as many NTU scholarships as you wish. However, you cannot be awarded more than one.
    The scholarship applies to the first year only, in the case of undergraduate courses.
Selection criteria
Scholarships are awarded on the basis of academic merit and strength of personal statement.
Amount
£2,000 per scholarship
Deadline
Apply as early as possible, however the formal application deadlines are:
  • 3 January (for January start courses)
The Scholarship Panel will meet in August 2010 (for autumn start courses) to consider applications, and again in December 2010 (for January start courses).
