
Applicants must be an unmarried female, at least 25 years of age at the application closing date, an Australian citizen or hold an Australian PR or permanent humanitarian visa, an undergraduate, graduate coursework or
research student currently enrolled or planning to enroll full-time at the University of Melbourne (at least 37.5 points per semester), with at least 12 months left to complete their course, able to present evidence that they receive means-tested income from Centrelink and be able to demonstrate socially or financially compelling circumstances such as refugee background, medical condition, disability, being a carer, having dependents.
