Up to eight (8) 2-week scholarships in the amount of $3,000 each are offered to US and Canadian candidates for the purpose of introducing exceptional North American ophthalmologists to the best practice and research approaches in Latin America. Applicants must be US or Canadian citizens. Applicants should be third year residents or first year fellows. The candidate must be a member of the PAAO.
